Answer: The minimum meal order is $9.99 for a restaurant in your area. Beyond your area the minimums may vary.

Question: How much is the delivery fee?
Answer: Delivery fees start at $2.99 for a restaurant in your area. Beyond your area there will be a $1 fee for each zone
traveled.

Question: Can I order meals from different restaurants?
Answer: You certainly can! There will be an additional delivery fee charged for each restaurant.

Question: How long does it take for a delivery?
Answer: Approximately 45-60 minutes for most orders.
Note: Please allow ample time in severe weather and traffic conditions.

Question: Is driver's gratuity included in the delivery fee?
Answer: Our drivers work very hard to ensure prompt, accurate delivery. For your convenience, the industry standard
gratuity of 15% is automatically added to every order unless otherwise requested.

Question: Can RGV To Go provide delivery service outside the area?
Answer: Yes, we can. The delivery fee and minimum purchase are charged base on the size of the order and the delivery
address. Most out of area orders will have a $100 minimum with a $7.99 delivery fee. Please call us for

Question: How do I redeem a coupon code?
Answer: After you made your meal selections, click on "VIEW CART", then you will be on the Checkout Page. On this
page, you will have the opportunity to enter the coupon code. Please be sure to click "APPLY COUPON" before
you continue to check out.
Note: Restaurant gift certificates or coupons are not valid for delivery
orders, however, save them for your next restaurant visit!
